220 Riverside Blvd. at Trump Place is a 440-unit luxury condominium building. The building was completed in 2003 and features more than 600,000 square feet office, residential, retail, and parking/storage space. 220 Riverside Blvd. is the tallest of the buildings at Trump Place, standing at almost 50 stories high.

At the end of 2005, KPP sold off all its interests in 220 Riverside Blvd., realizing a 55% IRR.
