120 Riverside Blvd. at Trump Place is a 279-unit luxury condominium. The building was completed in 2006 and features more than 297,850 square feet of office, residential, retail, and parking/storage space. KPP owns interests in residential and storage units in this building.

At the end of 2009, KPP sold off all its luxury unit interests in 120 Riverside Blvd., realizing a 21% IRR. In 2010, KPP also sold off all their storage unit interests in the building, which included a majority of the storage units in the basement of this building.
