Even though a majority of the units are free market on purchase many of the units were collecting current rent roll anywhere from 15 to 30% below rents received in 2007 prior to the financial market crash. KPP plans to gradually raise the rent roll over time to prior levels. The building sits right on beautiful Saint Nicholas Park and directly across from the current expansion of New York City Collage underway.
