Considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, Dubrovnik has been experiencing an explosion in the value of real estate since 1998. Real estate values in downtown Dubrovnik are currently comparable to those in downtown London. The majority of buyers in Dubrovnik come from other, more wealthy parts of Europe.

KPP was able to acquire a sizable plot of land earmarked for development at a future date. This land was purchased at a price substantially below the average value of land in the Dubrovnik area. KPP plans to develop the land into a luxury multi-villa site.
