Intern/Analyst(New York City)
Seeking a recent MBA graduate or an undergraduate from a top university to work for a private equity fund with a mandate to invest only in the five boroughs of New York City. The fund will mainly invest in rent-stabilized, multi-family units in the $1 to $5 million dollar range. Some experience in the field of real estate required in either a acquisition/brokerage capacity or in an underwriting/financing capacity. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus. Applicant must be able to work well with MS excel used to analyze potential fund acquisitions. Position will begin as a part-time non-paid internship that could eventually led to a full-time analyst position in a few months time.
